Main / Search Screen

This main screen allows you to click on the top buttons to carry out a task, or just do a quick search even if you only have part of a phone No, or house No etc.. You can browse for your logo (or another picture) to fill the pane - to personalise it for your company too.


Client Screen

This is the client screen where you can do EVERYTHING with this client. Create an invoice or quote (and e mail it as a pdf doc), send them a letter or an e mail. Check their value, view all their invoices (and open each one for more info), see the history of what you have sent them. You don't need to use an other software to deal with this client.

 

Sales Reports Charts

In this instance a report on sales by source (how they heard about you) is produced.

 

Entering Invoices

On this invoice screen I have simply clicked 'Add service' then this pops up. Click on a service, enter the description of the clean and finally a price. That's all you have to do! You can then print it off immediately or e mail it!
 

Client List

The client list opens up when you click 'Clients'. A simple list shows them all and the great thing about it is that you only have to click on a header once, and they will all sort relating to that. So you could click 'Last Name' and they will be in A - Z or click it again and it will be in Z - A. The same goes for any header. You can then click the magnifying glass and the client will pop up (the client screen for that client). This is the same principal when viewing the 'Quotes' and 'Invoices' You can also add edit or delete clients from the simple buttons.

 

Mail Merge

It looks simple, it looks 'easy' (which it is!) but this little screen is the most powerful tool you'll ever use. First select what client type, then by the last invoice date. So for example to mailshot everyone who last used you a year & a half ago, simply click the month and the year and that whole month will populate automatically below - then simply click Merge. But, if you wish to filter even more then you can - by a type of service from that month a year & a half ago, or perhaps those of a particular area - or over a certain amount that they spent. Even where they heard about you. We recommend mailing a client every 6 months (based on the last time that they used you), and up to 5yrs. If they haven't responded after the 5yrs then they wont be worth retaining.
