Its all very well being able to invoice and mail your customers as quick as a flash, but you need to know what your customers are buying and where they are coming from - to CATAPULT YOUR BUSINESS FORWARD! This software can show you graphically what your sales are in monthly/yearly format BUT there's more. As you enter your invoices you simply enter what service they had and where they heard about you. This then gives you POWERFUL information you can use to quickly look at your business and what's happening in it! Look at your SOURCE graph - in either yearly or monthly form and INSTANTLY see where your customers are coming from. This tells you where to put your money and where not to put it! How About looking at the SERVICE graph - See what service is selling well and what isn't! This gives you the chance to decide where to strengthen your marketing to boost your sales.
You also want to see any particular customers full details - how many sales they had for instance and exactly what was in each sale. Do a search for a customer (either by name, house No, road, postcode - you name it) and not only will you see who they are but instantly see how many sales they had - and on what date. FANTASTIC!
